PART of the A3072 between Crediton and Bickleigh is to be closed for six hours a day for five days. 

The road closure will be in place between 9.30am and 3.30pm from Monday, October 7 to Friday, October 11 between Creedy Bridge and Nomansland Cross. 

The diversion route will be via the A377 through Newton St Cyres, Cowley Bridge and the A396 through Stoke Canon to Bickleigh and the A3072 back to the closure point.  

Part of an adjoining road in the direction of Upton Hellions will also be closed from the Creedy Bridge junction to Lower Creedy Cross. 

The diversion route around this closure will be via Crediton and Lower Creedy back to the closure point. 

The roads are being closed to provide access to “Openreach underground structures for duct cleaning and fibre cabling works”.
