NORTH Tawton Rugby Club U11s Junior team have made an excellent start to the season.
On Sunday, October 13 the team travelled to South Molton, with several new players in the squad.
North Tawton, playing with a small squad of players, gave an outstanding performance to the last whistle.
The final score was a win, nine tries to two.
On Sunday, October 20 the team were away again to Okehampton with another convincing win.
The coach said: “The most impressive thing was the way they listened and acted on the instructions given.”
Despite Okehampton having some intimidating players, eventually North Tawton took control, scoring 15 tries.
North Tawton Rugby Club also has U10s, U8s and U7s and are on the look out for new players.
