CREDITON Netball League will be hosting a Charity Mixed Netball Tournament on Sunday, July 7.

All proceeds will go to “Dream-A-Way”, which helps adults and children with disabilities or life-affecting health conditions enjoy wonderful days out or holidays. 

No massive skill or prowess at the sport is required to enter a team in this tournament but it is probably wise to have at least a player or two who have a vague understanding of the rules!

The team (seven people) must comprise of a mixture of men and women, with a minimum of two and a maximum of three men on court in each game.

There is no limit to how many people you can take along in your “squad”. Minimum age to take part in this is 16 years.

In previous years this event has been a great success with many laughs had and a little bit of exercise to boot!

There will also be a raffle.
