6.30pm - Doors open for Bingo in aid of Redlands Surgery at Crediton Football Club, eyes down at 7.30pm.

7.30pm - Crediton Photography Club meeting, Masonic Lodge, Crediton.

SATURDAY 7

10am - 4pm - Come and Pray, Prayer and Worship Gathering, Holy Cross, Crediton, worship led by Rev Canon Deborah Parsons, Rev Preb Matthew Tregenza and Rev Lewis Eden.

10am-1pm - Craft Fair, Boniface Centre, 20 local crafters selling a wide variety of items, refreshments, free parking, accessible venue.

10am to 4pm - Local Crafts and Skills Exhibition, Hittisleigh Church, free entry, tea, coffee and cake served in the marquee, contact Sheila on 07505 880525 by August 31 to enter items for display, all donations to Hittisleigh Church Funds.

11am - Car Boot Sale, Lapford Playing Field, £5 per car, £7 per van or car and trailer, in aid of Lapford Youth Playing Field Trust, for details contact Grace on 07807 019890, sellers from 10am.

6.30pm - for 7pm start, Quiz and Supper, Boniface Centre, for Crediton Parish Church, ham or quiche with salad (vegetarian option), bar and raffle, book teams of four to six, £10 adult, £5 children, with Glenda Hills on 01363 773669.

7.30pm - Crediton Area History and Museum Society talk by Dr Levi Roach discussing Aethelred the Unready and the South West of England, Boniface Centre, £2 for CAHMS members £5 for non-members, tea, coffee and biscuits included on admission.

WEDNESDAY 11

6,45pm - Doors open for Crediton Friends of FORCE Autumn Bingo, Crediton Football Club, eyes down 7.30pm.

THURSDAY 12

10am to 1pm - Crediton United AFC table top sale and coffee morning, Football Clubhouse, table top stalls still available, book on 07807 058549.

7.30pm - St Boniface Concert Society, Flutes and Frets, Crediton Parish Church.

SATURDAY 14
