THE road between Copplestone and Newbuildings will be shut between 9.30am and 3.30pm until the end of the month for work on overhead cables.

The rolling closure began on Monday, January 13. The first section of the road between Bewsley Hill and Elston Cross is scheduled to be closed until Tuesday, January 21.

Later, the road between Elston Cross and Newbuilding Cross will be shut from Wednesday, January 22 to Friday, January 31.

The diversion route is the road from Newbuildings towards Crediton, Higher Road, the A377 to Copplestone and Bewsley Hill and vice versa.
