“PEACE posters” made by local primary school children are currently being exhibited at Crediton Library.

The artwork on display is from Crediton and District Lions Club’s 2023 heat in the Lions Clubs International Peace Poster competition.

The yearly competition encourages school children to creatively express what peace means to them.

There were 132 entries for the 2023 contest, the theme of which was “Dare to Dream”.

The winner from Landscore Primary School was Ramona Farrow, from Copplestone Primary School Anna Stanbury, and from Hayward’s Primary School Amelia Murphy.
