Mid Devon's motorists will have four road closures to avoid nearby on the National Highways network this week.
But the news isn't too bad, with all of them only expected to cause slight delays, of less than 10 minutes.
The latest expected works list, with notes from National Highways, shows that one closure already in place is expected to carry on this week:
• M5, from 9am July 18 2022 to 11.59pm August 29 2027, slight delays (under 10 minutes): M5, junction 28 to 29 hard shoulder closure in both directions for parapet works.
And a further three closures will begin over the next two weeks:
• M5, from 8pm April 14 to 6am April 16, slight delays (under 10 minutes): M5 southbound, junction 26 to 27 lane closures for resurfacing works.
• M5, from 9pm April 14 to 6am April 16, slight delays (under 10 minutes): M5 southbound, junction 27 exit slip road closed for resurfacing works. Diversion via southbound to junction 28, to turn and return northbound.
• M5, from 8pm April 16 to 6am April 17, slight delays (under 10 minutes): M5 southbound, junction 27 to 28 lane closures for resurfacing works.
National Highways is responsible for maintaining motorways and major A-roads, so closures of smaller roads will not be included in their schedule.
