ON March 18 Israel broke the ceasefire and re-started its butchery in Gaza again - killing over 400 babies, children, women, elderly in one night.
The image of a six month old baby girl lying lifeless in a rainbow baby-grow will haunt me for years to come.
The images keep coming - charred bodies, parents cradling their murdered children, bloodied survivors stumbling through clouds of dust trying to find safety, but it's the thousands of young, small children’s bodies wrapped in white shrouds and laid out in lines that chokes me to the core.
Where is our outcry, our outrage? Where is western media, where is their outcry? Or do Palestinian children not matter? Are their lives worth less than ours?
As Israel acts with impunity, International Law has seemingly become more irrelevant.
If we look away as tents are bombed, children are massacred, Doctors and Nurses kidnapped and tortured (or killed), journalists are murdered and an entire indigenous people are wiped off the map, then we are not just spectators to a genocide, we are enablers of it.
No-one should be supporting a genocide in 2025, or supporting apartheid.
Use your voice - speak up for the Palestinian children; boycott - don't buy any Israeli goods (download the No Thanks App or check out the BDS website); don't give your money to companies that support Israel - Starbucks, Amazon, McDonalds to name but a few, because where we spend our money matters, but mainly - do something, no matter how small, because all the small acts add up.
Fight for the world you want for you and your children.
