A spokesperson said: “Welcome to Illyria and the festival of Twelfth Night.

“Backstage, in the artists' compound, headliner Orsino is once again vying for the attention of Olivia.

“Recently bereaved of her beloved brother, Olivia is not playing ball… that is until Viola arrives disguised as 'new kid on the block’ Cesario and piques her interest.

“And then there’s Olivia’s entourage, a motley crew of mischief makers and hedonistic revellers, intent on taking her PA Malvolio down a peg or two.

“With mistaken identities, raucous characters and popular music this promises to be a vibrant and joyful interpretation of one of Shakespeare’s most beloved plays.”
