COLEBROOKE Short Mat Bowls Club held its 4th annual Pairs Competition on Saturday, July 20.

It was won by Graham and Diane Shepherd.  This was the third time in succession that they have been club champions.

Keith Mardon and Dave Thomson were runners-up. Dave has only been playing for just over a year.

The club meets in Colebrooke Parish Hall on Wednesdays at 7pm and on Fridays at 2pm and 7pm.

The Club offers all new players three free coaching sessions before anyone needs to decide whether to join.

All equipment is provided. The current annual membership costs £28.
