A PARTIAL wall collapse has taken place today, Monday, May 15, on the public footpath, Penton Lane, in Crediton.

The footpath is covered in large stones for a section of the footpath and it is impassable to pushchairs and mobility scooters.

Pedestrians might be able to get through but would have to climb over stones and therefore this is not to be recommended.

UPDATE: Crediton Town Council says it is aware of the issue and advises that the footpath is not used until the stones have been cleared.
