CHILDREN and adults alike will no doubt be impressed by the fantastic Christmas Lights display at 41 Meadowside Road at Sandford.

Alan Northcote and his wife Jill have decorated the front of their home in aid of charity for the last few years and this year are inviting donations for Children’s Hospice South West.

Alan explained that children love to see the display which he has lit from 5.30pm to 8pm each day, reduced hours than previous years due to the cost of the electricity.

He said that the display includes four snowmen, four Father Christmasses, a polar bear, unicorn, tree, reindeer, train, elves, dogs, sledges, bells, moving see-saw, and much much more.

Alan likes to add to his display each year, often looking out for items to add to it in the sales.

“Do make a trip out to see us and give a donation for a worthy cause,” said Alan.

The lights will be in place until January 6, 2023.
