WITH reference to the article in the Courier (November 15) "Council to review its residential services for older people".

Some good news folks...St Lawrence Residential Home in Crediton is a great place to be really looked after if you are unfortunately needing help after illness or in a "senior" moment of your life.

My husband had a very serious stroke in August and his right arm and right leg were rendered completely useless but he is so happy in this home and improving slowly.

Thanks go to all the wonderful staff and the Holy Cross Church vicar for visiting Bill.

You hear so much about some homes and treatment being dreadful that I thought I would just like to say "Well done and thank you all lovely staff at St Lawrence, you are superb."
