Drivers in and around Mid Devon will have five National Highways road closures to watch out for this week.
And one of them is expected to cause delays of between 10 and 30 minutes.
The latest expected works list, with notes from National Highways, shows that one closure already in place is expected to carry on this week:
• M5, from 9am July 18 2022 to 11.59pm August 29 2027, slight delays (under 10 minutes): M5, junction 28 to 29 hard shoulder closure in both directions for parapet works.
And a further four closures will begin over the next two weeks:
• M5, from 8pm January 10 to 6am January 11, slight delays (under 10 minutes): M5 northbound, junction 29 to 28, mobile lane closure for drainage works.
• A30, from 7pm January 15 to 6am January 17, slight delays (under 10 minutes): A30 westbound, South Tawton lane closure for drainage works.
• A30, from 7pm January 19 to 5am January 20, slight delays (under 10 minutes): A30 eastbound, Crockernwell lane closure for horticultural works.
• M5, from 8pm January 20 to 6am January 21, moderate delays (10-30 minutes): M5 southern part of, junction 27 roundabout closed (Devon network) for structure maintenance. Diversion via, junction 28 and back or B3181, Willand Road, Post Hill, Blundell's Road, A396 and vice versa.
National Highways is responsible for maintaining motorways and major A-roads, so closures of smaller roads will not be included in their schedule.
