BUILDING on the success of previous years Mid Devon District Council’s popular Landlord Networking Event is back.

TV’s Martin Roberts will be keynote speaker, providing insight into his experience of property development.

From the Ministry for Housing Communities and Local Government (MHCLG), Guy Horsington, Deputy Director Private Rented Sector (Strategy, Tenancy and Redress) will focus on The Renters Rights Bill and what landlords can do now to prepare.
