HOW misleading can the story “Courier”, “Ideas for improving Crediton in ‘masterplan’ broadly welcomed” be?
Not one Mid Devon District Councillor or officer is reported as mentioning that the road through the centre of Crediton is the very busy A377.
What part of Crediton will be demolished to allow a dual carriageway to be constructed to take all the heavy lorries, cars, farm traffic etc that currently use this road?
Even "Just Stop Oil" is, probably, too embarrassed to claim credit for this plan.
Crediton is my local shopping centre but I will never see this “solution”.
