THE audience for a concert at Crediton Parish Church on Saturday, April 27 are in for a treat.
Musical Director Richard Stevens has announced that the second half of the North Creedy Choral Society Concert will not only contain the beautiful “Benedictus”, from “The Armed Man”, by Karl Jenkins, but also two of Mozart’s most popular Anthems: “Laudate Dominum” and “Ave Verum”, which are delights for both singers and audience alike.
The highlight presentation of Mozart’s “Requiem” has attracted new voices to swell the Choral Society’s ranks.
With the orchestra, it is expected that there will be 45 people on stage.
Admission is £10 for adults (children are free) and tickets may be obtained in advance from AE Lee (Outfitters) Ltd, Crediton High Street, or via the website: https//.www.northcreedy.co.uk , or on the door.
