AN emergency road closure will affect some students going to Queen Elizabeth’s School’s Barnfield campus tomorrow morning, Tuesday, February 28.
Queen Elizabeth’s School has announced: “As of February 27, an emergency road closure is in place at Barnfield and the diversion route is not suitable for buses.
“On Tuesday morning, all Year 7 and 8 students who travel by bus will need to disembark at Western Road where staff will be available to guide them to the College Café. Once all of the students are assembled, staff will walk them up to the Barnfield campus.
“We are awaiting an update on how long the works will take to complete and whether this will also impact the afternoon pick-up, an update will be provided when this information is available.”
