A PET Weekend held at Crediton Mole Avon Country Stores has been hailed as a resounding success.

Hundreds of people went along where they could meeting Chase from Paw Patrol, alpacas and Shetland Ponies from Woolley Farm, get their dogs microchipped and meet Nancy the Dog, a Showing Champion Dog who lives locally.

In addition, there were special discounts including 10 per cent off pet and bird food, Wellington boots and equine clothing and accessories.
