ANOTHER fine weekend allowed lots of football for Crediton Youth FC sides.
The U16’s travelled to Cullompton and returned with a 5-1 victory. Two apiece from Ben Betts and Jack Brimilcombe, with Joe Hopkins also on the scoresheet.
It was another win for the U15’s who ran out 4-2 winners at home against Culm Sampford. Zach Mildon leading the scoring with two and Ollie Baker and Rhys Edby also amongst the goals.
The big game in the U14’s league saw them edge out rivals West Exe 2-1 at Lords Meadow. Jake Stagg got both goals in what was described as a throughly exciting game.
It was another tough fixture for the U12’s as they lost out 7-0 away at Broadclyst.
The U11’s came away from Dawlish with a 3-0 result. Ollie Dallyn getting two and Will Manns completing the scoring for them.
It was a great morning for the U8’s as they won all four games against visiting Whipton sides.
Sunday saw the U18’s share the points with Tiverton Town in a 3-3 draw. Will Bragg on fire again with another hat-trick.
The U13 girls lost out 5-0 at home to Torquay United Community Sports Yellows.
