THE A3072 was closed in both directions in Bow at about 2.31pm this afternoon, Saturday, September 21, due to a serious road accident.

A car and a cyclist have been involved in a collision between Water Lane and The White Hart pub.

Emergency services are in attendance and police have closed the road.

It is unknown if there are any serious injuries.

A Devon Air Ambulance and the Ambulance Service attended.
