THE Morchard Bishop men’s Bowling team played at South Molton recently and with an overall score of 55:50, came away with 6 points following a 25:8 win on one rink.
The ladies played out a very close match at Braunton and lost overall by one shot, 39-40, taking two points.
This week, the men travel to Ilfracombe and the ladies have no match.
In the ladies section four unbadged county pairs, Morchard is well represented and both teams entered progressed to the semi-finals, where, unfortunately, they will meet each other. By Stephen Leese
