IT was another weekend of very little football for Crediton Youth FC sides.
This time it was the heavy overnight frost that took its toll on fixtures.
The U16’s fixture away at Alphington on Saturday, January 20, did go ahead and they picked up three valuable points.
Ben Betts with a brace and another from Alfie Chard saw them come away with a 3-2 victory.
Sunday saw the U15 girls travel to Stoke Hill. It was not to be their day as they lost out 2-0 to their Exeter rivals.
The U9 girls hosted the round of league fixtures at Lords Meadow. Crediton fielded two sides with some mixed results.
