THERE have been incidents of vehicles being damaged in Crediton in recent weeks.
Just before 7pm on Tuesday, November 19, a car parked outside a house on Fordton Terrace was badly damaged by another vehicle which failed to stop.
The car was hit by a man driving a green Land Rover, travelling in the direction of Fordton bridge. A Hookway resident witnessed the incident.
The vehicle sustained bodywork damage and a cracked radiator.

In a separate incident, on Sunday, November 8, a gregy VW Polo was damaged in Crediton Parish Church car park, between 10am and 12 noon.
Police are asking anyone who may have witnessed the incident to contact them, quoting crime reference CR/077666/15.
