Within minutes we were all in the Pavilion looking out at our pitch disappearing under water.
After half-an-hour both managers and the referee had decided enough was enough and the game was postponed.
We felt very sorry for the players and supporters from Upottery who had made the long journey from East Devon.
If the weather improves and the pitch dries the First team will hopefully play University Seconds tomorrow, Monday, May 20 at 6.45pm.
