NEARLY 50 players and coaches from Crediton Youth Football Club Under 10’s and 11’s recently enjoyed a visit to Home Park to enjoy a Match Day Magic Experience at Plymouth Argyle.
On arrival at the ground the Crediton players had a one hour training session with coaches from the Argyle Football in the Community team in the nearby Life Centre.
This was followed by a short tour of the stadium with the players being allowed into the home changing room and pitch side prior to kick off.
After that the players were treated to a buffet lunch back in the Life Centre.
After lunch the group made their way to the stadium to watch the game against Bradford City, who were just below Arygle in League One.
Although not the best of games, Argyle ran out 1-0 winners courtesy of a first half goal from Antoni Sarcevic, which extended Argyle’s unbeaten run to six games.
Crediton Youth FC Chairman Martin Daniel said: “Special thanks must go again to all at Argyle for putting on such an excellent day us.”
