ALEX Hill of Copplestone has been chosen to represent England in the Footgolf World Cup in Orlando next year.

Alex plays for Bovey Tracey in the South West League on Friday evenings.

Only five players have been chosen from Devon to join players from all over the country who will be representing England in Orlando.

Alex has been busy fundraising with a football raffle.

He needs to find money to pay for his flight and accommodation for Orlando and is looking for potential sponsors.

Footgolf brings together football and golf in a sport where the player kicks a football into a hole on the course. The aim is to achieve this in as few a number of shots as possible and is suitable for ages and abilities.
