On Friday and Saturday, September 20 and 21, CODS presented magical and professional sell-out musical evenings at the Boniface Centre in Crediton.

Everyone who went along was enthralled by the wonderful standards of the choral section of the Society which seems to improve with every performance.
So popular are these musical evenings that tickets are always sold-out to Friends of the Society before going on general release.

The evenings were entitled “Walking the West End” and included songs from West End shows, some of which were great favourites.
It included “Chitty, Chitty, Bang, Bang”, medley’s from “Mary Poppins” and “Les Miserables”, “Carousel”, “Phanton of the Opera”, “Wicked” and many more.

Musical Director and Conductor was Nikki Wilkes.
A delicious meal, prepared by Elaine Gregory, was served to the audience during the evening.
