THE Village Voices Choir of Bow and Spreyton held its first combined Christmas performance on Saturday, December 3.

The sum of £300 of the proceeds from ticket sales, a cake sale, raffle and a silent auction has been donated to Crediton Foodbank to help those in need this Christmas.

Clair Brooking-White, on behalf of the Choir said: "The evening was a great success and a good time was had by all."
