THERE were 14 full tables in play at Sunday, June 9’s whist drive run by David Taverner with MC Frances Knott.

Prizes went to Ladies: 1 Jean Dixen, 2 Rosemary Sprigg, 3 Violet.

Men: 1 Margaret, 2 Judith, 3 Martin Towes.

The next whist drive will be held at Upton Pyne Village Hall at 2pm on Sunday, July 14.
