A MID Devon restaurant was today, November 22, handed a new five-out-of-five food hygiene rating.

Bow Aquatics and Garden Centre, a restaurant, cafe or canteen at Hampson Cottage, Bow, was given the score following a previous assessment on October 31.

Mid Devon District Council officers, on behalf of the Food Standards Agency, carried out the assessment.

It means that of Mid Devon’s 102 restaurants, cafes and canteens with ratings, 87 have ratings of five and none have zero ratings.
