MOTORISTS are advised that traffic lights at The Green/Red House junction in Crediton are not working, and to proceed with caution.

The traffic lights are on the A377 at the junction of High Street, Western Road, Landscore and Kiddicott.

Pedestrian crossing lights are also not working.

Devon County Council has been informed.
