COMMERCIAL Road in Crediton is to see more than a month of works for a new zebra crossing and resurfacing.
Temporary traffic lights will be in place while the zebra crossing is installed from 8am on Monday, October 21 until 6pm on Friday, November 8.
The crossing comes as part of the new Lidl supermarket development, which is currently being built.
The new store will have 114 parking spaces and is expected to create up to 40 jobs. No opening date has yet been given.

Separately, the A3072 will be shut overnight for resurfacing, lining and associated civil works from Commercial Road to Wellparks Hill between 7pm and 7am from Monday, November 11 until Saturday, November 30.
The diversion route will be via the A377 and Exhibition Road and vice versa.
