MID DEVON District Council is urging residents to share their views on the development and growth of Willand.
A public consultation on the village’s “neighbourhood plan” submitted by Willand Parish Council ends on Wednesday, April 24.
A neighbourhood plan is a guide for where new homes, shops, offices and other development should go in a local area.
The parish council’s application and copies of the relevant documents can be seen online here: https://www.middevon.gov.uk/residents/planning-policy/neighbourhood-planning/willand-neighbourhood-plan/.
Printed copies of the neighbourhood plan are available in the reception of Phoenix House, Mid Devon District Council’s headquarters in Tiverton, by appointment only. They can also be found at Willand Post Office and St Mary’s Church.
You can comment on the plan by emailing [email protected] or writing to Forward Planning, Mid Devon District Council, Phoenix House, Phoenix Lane, Tiverton, EX16 6PP.
All representations must include the sender’s postal address, or they will not be registered.
