All 33 stalls, selling a wide range of quality local art, crafts and handmade gifts reported good sales, including this year’s young crafter, Isaac, aged 10, who ran his stall embossing leather bookmarks and keyrings to order during the fair.
The main fundraising this year was for two incredible charities, MNDA, the Motor Neurone Disease Association, and BCRT, the Bone Cancer Research Fund, and with Sandford School running the café and children’s craft activities to raise funds for creative projects in school.

Bindy added: “I want to say a big thank you to everyone involved but, in particular to Friends of Sandford School, who did a fantastic job rounding up volunteers and donations of homemade soups and home baked goodies, and running the kitchen, which was busy all day.
“They also ran the children’s craft activities and turned the stage area into a hive of young creativity. It is wonderful to see so many people clearly enjoying the social aspect of the fair too.
