MID Devon District Council is urging people to report vandalism in Crediton play parks. 

It follows several recent instances of damage to equipment, including to the slide in the Kirton Drive play area, which has since been replaced. 

Members of the public should report any vandalism they see to the council or the police using its non-emergency 101 service. 

“Unfortunately, instances of vandalism come at a cost, both financially and to those hoping to use the equipment,” a Mid Devon District Council spokesperson said. 

Other play parks in Crediton can be found in Newcombes Meadow, Barnfield, Beacon Park, Queen Elizabeth Drive, Beech Park, Tuckers Meadow, Lords Meadow and Walnut Drive.
