CREDITON Foodbank will be hosting a tombola at the upcoming Big Boniface Bash in Newcombes Meadow on Sunday, June 9.

The event is a wonderful opportunity for the community to come together and support those in need while enjoying a day of fun and festivities.

To make this tombola a success, the Foodbank is seeking donations of prizes from the local community.

It says contributions will help it raise essential funds to continue its mission of providing support to individuals and families facing food insecurity.

Donations of all kinds are welcome, whether it's gift items, vouchers, or any other prizes that would make the tombola exciting and enjoyable for participants.

It says that every donation, big or small, will make a significant difference.

Prizes can be dropped off at the Crediton Foodbank, located in the Manse next to the Crediton Congregational Church, on Mondays at 6pm or on Tuesdays and Fridays between 10am and 12 noon.

If these times are not convenient, alternative drop-off times can be requested by emailing: [email protected] .

Foodbank Co-ordinator Helen Moores said: “We deeply appreciate the continued support of our community and look forward to a successful event at the Big Boniface Bash. Together, we can make a positive impact and ensure that no-one in our community goes hungry.”
