LOCAL property developer Allison Homes South West is excited to announce the acquisition of a new site in the village of Witheridge, which will bring 155 new homes to the Mid Devon area.

Willow Heights, will be the housebuilder’s biggest development to-date.

It will offer a stunning mix of two, three, four and five-bedroomed homes, along with two and three-bedroomed detached bungalows, catering to a diverse range of lifestyles.

Nearly a third of the whole development, 50 of the new homes, will be also classed as affordable.
