A WONDERFUL lunchtime was had by all at Cheriton Fitzpaine Primary School's Senior Citizen Harvest Lunch!
Thirty-two guests enjoyed roast turkey, followed by sticky toffee pudding, cooked by the school cook, Julie.
The visitors were greeted and served by members of UKS2, and were then entertained by the whole school who sang a medley of harvest songs.
To finish, everyone sang happy birthday to guest Nora celebrating her 98th birthday.
One guest remarked after, in a thank-you email: “Thank you for a lovely lunch and fabulous entertainment.
“The confidence and politeness of the children was amazing.
“We had a great time and enjoyed chatting to the others on our table.
“Book us in for next year please!”
