THE A377 between Crediton and Copplestone was shut for around two hours after a tractor and trailer overturned on Monday, August 12.

Police were called to the scene at 4.35pm. Nobody was injured and the driver was taken home where he was checked by ambulance workers as a precaution.

The vehicle was righted and the road cleared at around 6.30pm.
