WITH their four prizewinning sheepdogs Liz Fiddock and Liz Mitchell, of Newton St Cyres, have won a large number of prizes at recent dog shows.

At the Minehead and District Open Show, Flora aged six was first in the Open Bitch class, then took Best of Breed and won the Pastoral Group One section.

At the same show, three-year-old Summer was placed first in the Graduate class, and then six-year-old Cally was first in the Post Graduate class.

That was not all, as then their oldest bitch, Tean aged 10, was first in the Any Variety Pastoral Veteran class, and was also judged Best Veteran in pastoral group.

Next it was the North Devon Show, when Flora won first in the Open Bitch Class and Summer, after winning first in Post Graduate class, went on to be Reserve Best of Breed and Best Opposite Sex.

Finally at the Paignton Championship Show, Cally was third in the Limit Bitch and has qualified for Crufts, 2017. Both Flora and Tean were Very Highly Commended in their two classes.

Great achievements in just three shows.
