A CREDITON woman, well-known for her charity fundraising, has had her hair cut in aid of a number of charities.
Mandy Rowe had her hair cut on Friday, October 5, kindly cut free-of-charge by Debbie Vinnicombe of Kezia’s hair salon, of Crediton.
To raise funds, Mandy asked friends and family for donations to Hospiscare and ELF, two charities which have supported her family in times past, and also another charity which she is yet to name.
Mandy thanked Debbie for cutting her hair and her sponsors and added that donations can still be made until the end of October.
To-date she has raised £100, thanks to generous benefactors.
Donations can be left at the offices of the “Crediton Courier” at 102 High Street, Crediton or given directly to Mandy.
Mandy has also been running a Name the Dog competition to raise funds.
