THERE is some good news for motorists in the Crediton area.
Overnight last night, late on Wednesday, March 19, contractors working for Devon County Council carried out line painting works at some Crediton locations.
This included the Jockey Hill roundabout and the Exhibition Road/Commercial Road roundabout.
Many local residents and local councillors have complained for many months about the poor state of some of the disappearing lines at locations in the town, as previously highlighted in the Crediton Courier.
Sadly many areas of the town have still not made it onto the list of locations where lines have disintegrated.
Notable locations include the Tesco roundabout on the A377, Meadow Gardens, Church Street and many others.
