ALTHOUGH the weather was very changeable, everyone still enjoyed the second Car Boot Sale of the year at Lapford Playing Field.

The barbecue, which was run by the Friends Of Lapford School, did well and there were lots of lovely bargains to be had.

Chairman, Roy Andrews said: “Thank you to all who came and supported us as we continue to raise funds for equipment and maintenance.

“We raised £105 this time, so look out for details of our next one in the Spring.”

The event was held in aid of Lapford Playing Field.
