Jimmy, of Once Read Once Loved bookshop in Crediton, was delighted to present a cheque for £110 toward replenishing Yeoford School Library.

Nikki, the secretary of Yeoford Primary School PTA told Jim: “We want to give a massive thank you.

“This donation is totally unexpected and we are so grateful to you for your kind and generous donation.”

The funds were raised from donations to Once Read by the community, such as Books, household items, vinyl, and collectables.

Jimmy said: “We are so grateful that our community continues to show support for us and the children of our town.”
