PUPILS at Cheriton Fitzpaine Primary School celebrated Harvest with an array of songs and poetry at this year's School Harvest Festival.

The School Council started the celebration, explaining the traditions of a Harvest Festival as well as recognising the important part that farmers play in the local community.
Each class sang a class song, ranging from Dingle Dangle Scarecrow, to the popular Cauliflowers Fluffy!

The school also collected produce for Crediton Foodbank and Support Hub, which has now been delivered.
The children have also been looking forward to hosting a special Harvest lunch in school later in the term for Senior Citizens from around the village.
