THREE girls from the 4th Crediton Brownies received their Gold Awards at the end of term.

This is the top award they can gain in Brownies.

Caroline Isaac, Brown Owl, said: "They have completed all six Theme Awards, by gaining interest badges, Skillsbuilders and three hours of Unit meeting activities for each theme.

"They organised and ran a meeting for the other Brownies doing cake decorating, rock painting and a habitats quiz.

"They visited the Guide Unit to find out about the next section they will move onto.

"Well done to Effiah, Emily and Amelia on all the work you have put in completing this award."
