FIVE girls from 4th Crediton Brownies have completed their Gold Award.

Caroline Isaac, Brown Owl, said: “This is the highest award they can achieve as Brownies.

“They had to complete all six themes and some final challenges.

“This was made more difficult due to covid and lockdowns when all activities were suspended for a year.

“The Unit took to Zoom for weekly meetings and with the girls’ determination to complete the award, plus extra work at home, they achieved their goal.”

Caroline added: “Well done Amber, Elsa, Isla, Lani and Miriam on your fantastic work.

“You should be very proud of your achievements.”

All five girls are moving to join Crediton Guides after Easter.
