FIREFIGHTERS have put out a blaze involving two sheds in the Newton St Cyres area.
Two fire appliances from Danes Castle in Exeter were called out just before 8pm on Sunday, July 7 to a report of what was believed to be a shed on fire.
When the fire crews arrived, they found one large and one small shed “well alight”.
They successfully extinguished the blaze, which also involved rubber and plastic matting, using two breathing apparatus and two hose reels.
