HONEY from Bow, lovely hand and face creams from Morchard Bishop, scented candles from North Tawton, wooden items from Sampford Courtenay, meat from Chagford, nothing had travelled very far for the Christmas market at Bow.
Father Christmas made a very early appearance, there were bacon rolls and a wonderful atmosphere in the warm hall on a not very pleasant morning.
Held every fourth Saturday of the month, the next one is in January.
The market is held in aid of Bow Village Hall Field Fund.
Much work has already been done with planting trees, bulbs, flowers and the front of the hall is looking really good.
